Return Policy

Eligibility: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All returns must be in new, unused condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Shipping Label: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
